How do you price custom work? Prices listed below are baseline prices subject to change depending on form and surface. A quote will be provided once a design plan is confirmed. A non-refundable deposit equal to the cost of materials (usually $50-$100) is charged at the start of work.
Do you ship Stools? Shipping is available at an additional cost. Stools weigh anywhere between 10-40lbs. Pickup/Drop off in Portland, OR is preferred.
Do you take commissions besides stools? Yes! I am always open to discussing other custom projects. Commissions are accepted primarily based on availability and relation to my current creative focuses. Communication and trust are also key to making commission work a joyful experience. I love being able to customize a piece to a person’s space and needs. I also love letting an object become itself with some freedom. If you are considering a custom piece, I recommend a willingness to be surprised by the final product.
Turnaround Time: Once details are confirmed, turnaround time is 6-8 weeks for Stools, not including shipping
